Jon is a personal trainer, dancer and actor in New York City. Utilising a diverse blend of Pilates, calisthenics, breath work, stretching, weight training, and cardio conditioning, Jon will teach you the tools and technique for developing and maintaining a functional and healthy lifestyle.
Jon’s training within dance, TRX, kettlebells, free weights, rowing, cable and stationary machines, resistance bands, BOSU, Trigger Point technique, and yoga are among the many modalities incorporated into balanced and challenging home and gym workouts.
As a certified nutrition coach, Jon will help you become mindful and engaged about what fuels your body and how simple, conscious adjustments to your habits can create constructive patterns and life changing results.
